QuickBooks Link

Yes we've been busy lately because we now also have available QBWine - a direct link from Winery Pro to QuickBooks. Button clicks now add Winery Pro Customers to the QuickBooks Customer List, post Invoices, Sales Receipts and link products. If cutting your workload in half sounds good - give us a call to find out details about QBWine.


User Group Report

Our first user group meeting held in May 2003 was phenomenal! Guest speaker Rebecca Germolus of Maximum Value Marketing suggested many effective direct sales tips to our group of 7 participants. Winery Pro users also shared thoughts on increasing the efficiency of their own marketing programs. A heartfelt thanks to Rebecca for giving us so many easy and effective promotional ideas. A recap of Rebecca's presentation will be posted on the web site in early August.

Our next Winery Pro User Group is scheduled for Wednesday September 27, 2003 at 7:00 pm. Elizabeth Slater, owner of InShort Direct Marketing will show us how to take the pain out of telemarketing. More information about this topic will be posted in next month's news.

Colorado Wineries
