Technology Consulting Alliance conducts Apple's Seminar Series |

| As a public service to the developer and end user communities, Apple Computer runs a nationwide seminar series featuring their technologies and interactivity with third party applications and hardware. TCA's Senior Macintosh Engineer, Richard Ross in collaboration with Cael Chappell, Web Developer for TCA presented a pair of seminars in San Francisco and Petaluma in cooperation with Apple Computer. As leading OS X experts, TCA was a perfect candidate to present Apple's new OS X Server product. Topics covered included multi-OS networks (Mac/Windows/Unix mixed on one network), large scale network deployment using built in technologies such as NetBoot, Macintosh Manager, NetInfo, LDAP and OS X Server's powerful built-in web server functions. Particular focus was given to the UNIX underpinnings of OS X Server. |
Richard Ross Completes Apple Certification in OS X Server |

| TCA's Senior Macintosh Engineer, Richard Ross has attained a high level certification from Apple Computer in their new, powerful server software, OS X Server. Based on the mature and stable technology of UNIX, OS X Server is rapidly becoming a "best of breed" server software package, especially for deployment on cross platform networks (Mac/Windows and PC on the same network). Immediately after attaining certification, Richard performed the first multiple on site installations for clients in Northern California and provide feedback to Apple regarding real world performance and deployment. |

| Apple.com has posted a lengthy article and technology review of Technology Consulting Alliance. As part of the launch of Apple's Small Business area on their web site, they chose to feature several consulting groups from across the country. TCA was honored to be the only consulting company in Northern California featured in the launch. Read the full text. |
TCA completes AgStockUSA database |

| Technology Consulting Alliance of Santa Rosa has recently completed a
FileMaker Pro database for AgStockUSA of Carmel, CA. The database manages a stock
photo library of over 60,000 images, submissions and invoicing to Ad and other creative agencies.
TCA is a FileMaker Solutions Alliance Associates member. |
Apple Computer to post web story about TCA |

| Apple Computer is finalizing the interview process with TCA for a
web story on their Small Business Profile page. The story is schedule to be posted
sometime in mid October. |

FileMaker Pro database for Western Arts Alliance of San Francisco, CA. The database automates their
membership management of performing arts organizations and the annual artist conference.

TCA Joins Rosai Group |

Technology Consulting Alliance, a leading provider of Macintosh related consulting
services in Santa Rosa has been selected by Apple Computer, Inc. to become affiliated with
The Rosai Group of San Francisco. This affiliation allows TCA to provide Apple Macintosh
product sales and warranty services to the North Bay.
TCA located at 804 College Avenue is an Apple Solutions Expert and FileMaker Solutions Alliance
Associate Member specializing in advanced Macintosh based business consulting. The Rosai Group
is an Apple Product Specialist.

| Richard Ross who recently returned from Mac OSX Bootcamp at Apple Computer was pictured in a recent
Press Democrat technical story. The scope of the story covered the new release of OSX and Richard presenting
a product overview to the North Coast Mac user Group members.
